This is all I’m hearing at the moment:

Blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah.

  1. If this were just about your blog Neil, it would read “Hahaha” in response to the comments left at “Historians are not cheerleaders”. Where do you find some of the lunatics that comment on your blog? I’m making it a policy now to not get engaged with the debates that rage in the comment sections of blog, which is the reason why I refrained from saying anything there – even if it would have been a comment full of laughter.

  2. Never be sorry for other people burning your fuse. If you gave them well enough of a chance to move on, accept a difference, or shut up because they are missing the point completely (and they haven’t realised it yet), then it’s their fault. That’s my creed anyway. It gets me into a lot of arguments, but I expect some common sense and decent behaviour if I’m going to be carrying out my own.
